To sell tobacco products it necessary to buy a license. According to the regulations of the retail tobacco sale (issued in August, 1996) it is prohibited: to buy and sell tobacco by persons under 18; to sell tobacco in children, educational, health and sport settings and other places identified by local authorities. Unfortunately there is no enforcement of these regulations.
